Eutropis trivittata

Three Lined Supple Skink is one of the most spectacular looking skinks in Northern Western Ghats. Considered uncommon, it actually is a common species in the localities it is reported from. Initially reported from 2 districts in Maharashtra- Pune and Nasik, I had reported it from Satara district for the first time some years back. It would be interesting to understand how they share habitat with other skinks like Eutropis macularia, Eutropis carinata, Lygosoma lineata and Lygosoma punctata.
